My Background

I hold a law degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Morgan State University. While attending law school, I clerked at the Office of the Attorney General of Maryland. I also counseled and advocated on behalf of clients at the Veterans Advocacy Clinic, and wrote for the Journal of Land and Development. Following graduation from law school, I clerked for the Hon. Beverly J. Woodard on the Circuit Court for Prince George’s County. In private legal practice, I initially focused on estate planning and probate matters, and more recently have centered my practice on business law, civil litigation, corporate matters, and commercial transactions.
